Predatory Mites (Parasitiformes, Phytoseiidae) of the Fauna of Ukraine: Review of the Genus Amblyseius with a Key to Species

Keywords: Amblyseiinae, mites, redescriptions, records

Abstract

The article continues a series of papers on the results of the study of predatory phytoseiid mites of the Ukrainian fauna, which are natural regulators of plant-feeding mites and small insects. Illustrated morphological descriptions of mite spe-cies with morphometry, diagnoses and information on distribution are provided together with a key to the species rec-orded in Ukraine. A previously unknown male of Amblyseius irinae Wainstein & Arutunjan, 1973 is described.
